Why we work with partners

We cooperate with partners in a number of countries. We do this to serve our customers optimally.
Our partners know the local market, are familiar with local companies and speak the local language.

We set high standards for our partners. A selection of the requirements we set:

• The partner must be financially sound.
• The partner employs several staff who can help customers.
• The partner must be well respected (excellent customer service).
• The partner must be able to deliver customers quickly.
• The partner must have good knowledge of the local market.
• The partner must be able to communicate in the national language and in English.
• The partner must handle customs formalities independently (if applicable).
