Why we work with partners
We work with partners in a number of countries. We do this in order to optimally serve our customers.
Our partners know the local market, are known by local companies and speak the local language.
We set high standards for our partners. A selection of the requirements we set:
- The partner must be financially sound.
- The partner employs several staff who can help customers.
- The partner must be well respected (excellent customer service).
- The partner must be able to deliver customers quickly.
- The partner must have good knowledge of the local market.
- The partner must be able to communicate in the national language and in English.
- The partner must handle customs formalities independently (if applicable).

It is to be expected that we will expand our activities in the future to Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Ireland and Sweden, among others. We will therefore need partners in these countries.
What does this mean for you?
In countries where we cooperate with a partner, the customer will be served by the partner in question.
The customer in question can find information about the product range on our website.
The moment the customer wants more information about products, prices, delivery times or working methods, he fills in the product request form or contact form.
Once ‘Submit’ is pressed, this form is automatically forwarded to our partner the respective country.
From then on, our partner is responsible for further customer contact, handling of any orders and customer service.
Our partner’s pricing policy, general terms and conditions, privacy policy and return conditions will then apply.
Given the high standards we set for our partners, we trust that partner handling is done in a way that is in line with our ideas of customer-friendly entrepreneurship.
